Vigneron harvesting in Bouaye for 4 generations, the estate of Herbauges is now in the hands of Jérôme Choblet. Resolutely oriented towards reasoned and land-friendly agriculture since the 1980 s, the area has been benefiting from the Terra Vitis label since 2013, attesting to the winemaker's approach to sustainable agriculture. If the muscadets are of course placed in the wine list of the proposed wines, there are also chardonnays, grolleaus and other late harvests with particularly pleasant and tasty flavors.
