He turns his back to the town of Ancenis and looks towards the Liré, its native village located on the other side of the Loire, in the department of Maine-et-Loire. In the middle, the statue of the th century poet, Joachim du Birthplace. The statue was inaugurated on 2 September 1894, the poet is represented in the costume costume, a copy of his collection Les Regrets à la hand. Around this monument, a beautiful landscaped park bordering the river from the bridge to the discovery pool. There is a playground, water games and a mini golf. It offers breathtaking views over the Loire river and the Ancenis bridge.
