Nestled in the charming village of Audaux, this typically Béarn-style inn is an excellent family restaurant. In the dining room, a monumental rustic fireplace stands out, giving the place an authentic dimension. The menu features local classics that are always excellent and sure to delight gourmets. The dishes are always well presented, excellent and served with professionalism. The menu follows the seasons, and each preparation follows tradition, with garbure, foie gras, confit... Original and tasty notes, like the salmon with jurançon, very good. In another area, a large room can accommodate groups or weddings.

Le restaurant Claverie est un véritable régal à chaque visite. Leur constance dans la qualité de la nourriture et le choix judicieux de vins qui accompagnent chaque repas sont tout simplement impressionnants. C'est un endroit où l'on peut toujours compter sur une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle, et c'est pourquoi nous y retournons avec enthousiasme à chaque fois.
