Nestled in the charming village of Audaux, this typically Béarn-style inn is an excellent family restaurant. In the dining room, a monumental rustic fireplace stands out, giving the place an authentic dimension. The menu features local classics that are always excellent and sure to delight gourmets. The dishes are always well presented, excellent and served with professionalism. The menu follows the seasons, and each preparation follows tradition, with garbure, foie gras, confit... Original and tasty notes, like the salmon with jurançon, very good. In another area, a large room can accommodate groups or weddings.

Auberge de campagne au coeur du petit village béarnais d'Audaux, qui compte de belles et anciennes maisons. Cuisine traditionnelle, avec une bonne garbure notamment. Portions généreuses. À noter : les prix contenus des vins. Ici pas de coefficient multiplicateur par 3 !
