Close to the ramparts and the grand place of Montreuil, the Baladins can serve as a refuge for a large family. The cottage is located in a closed courtyard, common to those of the owners. On the ground floor, a kitchen with a dining area, washing machine and WC. On the floor, the living room with TV, two bedrooms (one with one bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and WC. Outside, you have access to a garden lounge, a barbecue… Most: direct access to the Grand Place de Montreuil.
