Read moreThe Nautiform De Centre has a swimming pool and a gym in one place. The centre has just reopened its doors after several months of work. In the program, several disciplines to maintain, recover, or simply relax. First of all, cardio permits to recover without force, thanks, inter alia, to suitable equipment. Next, the gym offers the opportunity to get back into flexibility exercises and in others, intensely physical, without too much force. Finally, the spa area, particularly appreciated, offers access to the sauna, steam bath, basins and UV cabins.
