The Westminster is part of the legend of Le Touquet in a building of pure Anglo-Norman and Art Deco style. Today the hotel has obtained its5th star. For relaxation, there is a spa, an indoor swimming pool and a club for children. For dining: Le Pavillon under the leadership of Michelin-starred chef William Elliott or the West brasserie with its contemporary decor and open kitchen. On Sundays, a brunch is served in the Les Ambassadeurs lounge and, finally, the bar at Le West is so British.

Un cadre suranné, une belle table et des mets de qualité, en quantité, présentation et finesse.

Deuxième fois que nous mangeons au pavillon et tout était parfait.... le cadre très agréable, le personnel aux petits soins et le repas excellent. Aucune fausse note, nous reviendrons...

repas indigne d'un 1 étoile dans le cadre de l'opération tous au restaurant...panais avec les coquilles saint jacques et topinambours à peine cuits avec le pigeon...Le restaurateur se rattrappe sur la promotion avec des produits bas de gamme les vins ,en revanche,étaient excellents avec un sommelier compétent

le seul reproche (?) impossible d'avoir le menu avant d’être assis dans le restaurant mais cela valais le détour la surprise était super merci
