The Coopérative maritime étaploise restaurant is located right above the fishmonger's! Here, you can enjoy local fish, landed that very morning from the boats of Étaples fishermen. The menu is an ode to the sea and its products. You can compose your own seafood platters, feast on lobster or Étaples' famous bouillabaisse. A few rare meat dishes, including an astonishing homemade foie gras with langoustine inserts.

Un restaurant de "poissons" a la cuisine de qualité, situé au dessus d'une poissonnerie sur le port d'Etaples. Une belle vue et de belles assiettes y compris pour le menu de la semaine à 30 euros les 3 plats.
