The Coopérative maritime étaploise restaurant is located right above the fishmonger's! Here, you can enjoy local fish, landed that very morning from the boats of Étaples fishermen. The menu is an ode to the sea and its products. You can compose your own seafood platters, feast on lobster or Étaples' famous bouillabaisse. A few rare meat dishes, including an astonishing homemade foie gras with langoustine inserts.

Très bon restaurant bien accueilli avec le sourire et ont y mange très bien et bien fraîche et très copieux je recommande.

Excellent restaurant spécialisé dans le poisson. Les produits sont très frais et très bien cuisinés. Mention spéciale à la soupe de poissons, parfaite en tout point ! Les plats sont très bien accompagnés, et nous avons été très bien conseillés sur le choix du vin (très bon rapport qualité/prix). Le café gourmand est une tuerie (je n'avais jamais mangé un aussi bon Calais) ! Le mobilier est très agréable et très confortable. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Super très bonne cuisine et service impeccable ! Nous y retourneront.

La réalité est toute autre, le pain n’est pas frais, les plats sans intérêt, la qualité des produits très moyenne (poissons secs et trop cuits, sauces inadaptées et sans saveur).
Nous n’avons pas pris de desserts pour éviter une nouvelle déception.
Les prix sont exorbitants compte tenu de la qualité des plats proposés.
Concernant le service, le personnel en grande partie composé de jeunes, ne paraissait pas très investi.
