They are carefully tasted and selected at the Lille wholesale market twice a week. Some local vegetables like radish, salad, leek or chivots are also available depending on the season.

pour un premier achat le jeudi 30/11/2023 avec mon épouse nous trouvons la boucherie très propre l'accueil sympa, la viande hachée de boeuf très bonne le saucisson de porc excellent par contre les chipolatas franchement immangeable trop de colorant un arrière goût qui ne passe pas .trop salée .
Maintenant nous savons quoi acheter ou pas.
