After working several years for the master refiner Philippe Olivier in Boulogne-sur-Mer, Marc Facchinetti has opened a branch in Calais in partnership with the Calais Vins Store which completes its range of drinks. Marc talks about his range of cheeses with a real passion and offers you more than one hundred varieties that change with the seasons. Winter is the ideal time for mountain pasture cheese while in summer, it is goats that are preferred. You will learn that Gruyere cheese is actually one without hole. In short, it is always pleasant listening to Marc Facchinetti talk about cheese ... It feels good eating them as well!

Étant un habitué des fromages Philippe Olivier de Calais, j’y vais régulièrement. Il y a une large gamme de fromages (pour tous les goûts) et tous les fromages sont de qualité. Il y a un grand nombre de fromages locaux. Et lorsque vous avez besoin de conseils, les vendeuses nous renseignent toujours très bien. Je recommande cet endroit.

Un service au top, un fromage délicieux.

La boutique est parfaite pour les gourmands.

Le samedi matin, des petits producteurs locaux vendent des produits à l'ancienne (légumes et fruits).
