This house that has been successful in Boulogne-sur-Mer has six shops on the Opal Coast. Its fine pastries and its original recipes like its timeless "Framboise des neiges"  (vanilla mousseline, raspberry and white chocolate chips) and its delicious "Saint-Nicolas" or "Choco- raspberries" (made with a crunchy praline), made its reputation. Bread and pastries are baked over a wood fire.
