A beautiful, well-maintained sandy beach, ideal for sports activities, swimming and sunbathing in Calais.

Calais beach is the region's most popular tourist destination. Its fine sandy beach is ideal for swimming (lifeguard surveillance in summer) and sunbathing. It has a children's playground and mini-golf course. Sports activities also include windsurfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting and beach volleyball on the courts deployed along the seawall. Stretching between Calais's West pier and the Gaston Berthe dyke, the dyke is extended at the other end by a coastal strip that allows you to walk as far as Cap Blanc Nez.

Non riesco a capire come possano trovarsi bene su una spiaggia del genere, dove per arrivare in acqua ci vogliono 30 minuti di cammino, e poi l'acqua è fredda e con le onde.

Très belle plage, propre et bien entretenue. Idéale pour se promener, prendre l’air ou juste se poser un moment. C’est calme, agréable, et la vue est vraiment jolie, surtout en fin de journée. Par contre les jours de vent ce n’est pas tout aussi agréable et il fait extrêmement froid à partir de Calais Nord, donc à la plage même c’est pire.
Sinon dans l’ensemble c’est sympa ! ????️☀️
