Mise en bouche excellente mais ensuite, cuissons du poisson et légumes guère appréciées, les mentions "pas cuit à coeur" pour le poisson et "croquants" pour les légumes (en l'occurrence, pas génial pour du poireau...) devraient être indiquées sur la carte. Laisser de la nourriture dans l'assiette au restaurant n'est pas dans mes habitudes d'autant qu'il s'agit d'un restaurant dit gastronomique avec le prix en rapport. Nous l'avons signalé au serveur mais aucun retour...
