At the Côte d'Argent, fish is king! However, meat lovers are not forgotten. Sandrine is the captain in the dining room and offers impeccable service. Bertrand, who studied with the greats of French gastronomy (Lasserre, La Tour d'Argent and Paul Bocuse) cooks with passion all the fish and seafood: lobster from Audreselles, scallops, turbot filet, monkfish medallion with its julienne of vegetables... Cadre et musique d'ambiance agréables. Présentation visuelle, odeurs, puis goût... un délice. Seul restaurant de Calais où le Chef prends la peine de s'inquiéter si tout s'est bien déroulé. Le temps d'attente entre 2 plats est idéal.

Situé en bord de mer avec la vue sur les côtes anglaises quand le temps le permet !
Un cadre chaleureux, un très bon accueil et un excellent service, nous avons vraiment apprécié ce moment.
Les plats étaient délicieux avec un très bon rapport qualité prix !!!
