Jean-Yves Matifas, artisan-confiseur, has been perpetuating the family tradition since 1922. Here, everything is done by hand: berlingots are made before your very eyes! Spinning is the most spectacular operation, as the thickened block of sugar is suspended from a hook and spun into exquisitely colored sweets in every imaginable flavor. A feast for the eyes and the palate! Sugar in all its forms (candy, vergeoise, colored...) and shapes (lollipops, berlingots, marshmallows...).

Très sympathique, dégustation de bonbons fait sur place avec démonstration de la fabrication du bonbon.

Un classique le berlingot!, possible de voir la fabrication. Des goûts classiques et originaux. Incontournable

Je n’étais pas venu depuis 20 ans et la boutique a beaucoup changé. Moins convivial et surtout le personnel manque cruellement d’amabilité. Il ne faut rien demander sous peine de dérangement surtout quand la boutique est vide.

L'endroit est magnifique et très bonne accueil sympathique. C'est une entreprise familiale au grand coeur ❤️ qui vous offre une démonstration suivi d'une dégustation de leurs confiserie a ne pas manquer.
