Jean-Yves Matifas, artisan-confiseur, has been perpetuating the family tradition since 1922. Here, everything is done by hand: berlingots are made before your very eyes! Spinning is the most spectacular operation, as the thickened block of sugar is suspended from a hook and spun into exquisitely colored sweets in every imaginable flavor. A feast for the eyes and the palate! Sugar in all its forms (candy, vergeoise, colored...) and shapes (lollipops, berlingots, marshmallows...).

Excellent accueil Merciiii
Une odeur d’anis omniprésente.
Quand nous avons pris un sachet composé d’un mélange de berlingots à un prix élevé que nous pensions justifié par le côté artisanal… et que nous les avons goûté… tous avait un goût d’anis !
Et le lendemain : un goût de sucre !!!
Grosse désillusion
Moi qui aime tant les bons berlingots !
