The chef's seemingly classic cuisine - leg of lamb, duck breast, monkfish medallions - is enhanced by original accompaniments such as manioc fries, carrot crumble with Parmesan, chicory risotto... Meat lovers will also be delighted with the choice of matured meats: rib-eye steak, entrecôte, côte à l'os and rump steak, depending on availability. To make matters worse, the service is very pleasant.
