Welcome to the temple of craft beer, local and eco-responsible! Conceived by Pierre-André Zimmermann and Aymeric Segard, the Tandem Brewery proves that it is possible to produce differently. Here, the malts are organic, the energy is green, the water is reused and the spent grain (cereal residue) is given to a farmer. The two friends have imagined light beers with little alcohol, but with a strong aromatic power. Attrape-Nigaud, Bonne-Pioche, Poule-Mouillée... : these are the names chosen for the first beers. The Tandem universe is joyful and colorful!

One of the best artisan bakers in the metropolis is located in Wambrechies. Don't hesitate to travel a few kilometres to taste its special breads, organic breads, pure butter pastries or its wonderful. Olivier Vandromme is more than just a baker, he is a true creator who loves to share his know-how and his passion. And here we also like to share the know-how of other local producers. The strawberry tarts are thus filled with the fruits of the Lambin family, producers of Wambrechies! Note also that Olivier Vandromme is part of the Mange Lille collective. Talents de Ferme is a group of farmers who have decided to bring together in one place the products of their farms. No intermediaries, the producer sells directly to the consumer: this is what we call the short circuit. In this large store, you can shop for fresh produce for the week: meats, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, groceries, and even pastries and ice cream. The plus: farmers are often present in the store to advise you and present their products.

This family dairy farm offers products that are then sold at the Talents de Ferme collective store, near the farm. A way for Pascale and Benoît Baron to continue their adventure by offering their products directly with as few intermediaries as possible. A successful bet for this family! Among the products offered, we find: milk, beaten milk, yoghurts, cottage cheese, cream desserts... You will also find baskets supplied with the well-known Saveur en'Or label.
