But there are also raclettes, or gratinées, including a generous reblochonnade: farmhouse reblochon roasted at the table under the embers, potatoes, cold meats, small onions and pickles in vinegar... Open Tuesdays and Fridays from 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 12am; Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 11:30pm; Saturdays from 7pm to 12am. Reservations recommended. Menu: approx. €40 (starter/main course/dessert). Children's menu: €8. Restaurant vouchers available. Groups welcome (up to 60 people by reservation).

Looking for a change of scenery? No need to go far... Head for Wambrechies and push open the door of La Petite Auberge, located just a stone's throw from the peaceful banks of the canal. The restaurant's warm and friendly atmosphere is perfect for a get-together with family or friends. Here, every detail has been thought of to offer you a moment out of time. In terms of cuisine, a veritable voyage of taste awaits you. You'll discover Savoyard specialties, prepared with fresh seasonal produce. Among the must-tries, let yourself be tempted by the house welsh, the butcher's cut of the moment, or the Savoyard burger, made with pure beef hamburger, soft Vandromme buns and fresh home fries. The raclettes, meanwhile, are a true delight. The menu also features a fine selection of mountain dishes such as croziflette, cremeux du Renard with truffles and the inevitable tartiflette. To end on a sweet note, let yourself be seduced by the Toblerone fondue, the tiramisu of the moment or the generous homemade cookie, accompanied by a scoop of hazelnut ice cream and a caramel topping. La Petite Auberge also features a wine bar, inviting guests to savor local vintages in a relaxed, refined atmosphere. Un bémol tout de même...le prix élevé de la raclette. On nous a dit que c'est parce que c'est à volonté, mais il faut vraiment un gros appétit pour en reprendre !
Nous avons savouré une délicieuse raclette au Morbier et une pierrade de bœuf. La qualité des fromages et de la viande était exceptionnelle, témoignant d'un véritable engagement envers les produits de qualité.
Le service était impeccable, avec une attention particulière portée à nos besoins, alliant écoute, discrétion, et efficacité.
