Housed in a private mansion, the museum hosts a collection of drawings, engravings and sculptures, as well as temporary exhibitions.

This museum, nestled in a beautiful 19th-century townhouse, invites you to take a unique stroll! Welcome to a place of experimentation and confrontation between ancient and contemporary art, between the living arts and the plastic arts. MUBa is based on the collections of the city of Tourcoing and 600 works by Tourcoing painter Eugène Leroy, donated by his sons in 2009. In other words, it's bursting with treasures: on the one hand, Leroy's incredible collection of drawings, engravings and sculptures, and on the other, nuggets from internationally renowned artists.

Le musée d'art de Tourcoing possède une collection limitée mais intéressante d'oeuvres flamandes (grande collection de gravures), de tableaux se rapportant à l'histoire locale et d'œuvres des XIX et XX ème siècle, particulièrement la donation Eugène Leroy qui a vécu ici. On peut y voir de belles expositions temporaires souvent autour de la collection, qui prennent un soin particulier à éveiller le regard du spectateur par des confrontations toujours originales. Une programmation de concerts peut également vous emmener dans ce musée à ne pas oublier parmi la riche offre de la métropole lilloise.
