Open since 1997, Le Fresnoy, Studio national des Arts contemporains, is housed in a building renovated by Franco-American architect Bernard Tschumi. As a showcase, it offers the public contemporary art exhibitions, auteur film programs, film library screenings, conferences and various events. It's also a training ground, enabling artists to produce their work using professional techniques, under the guidance of national and international artists!

La personne qui nous a fait visiter ce lieu a très bien retranscrit l'utilité du site, son histoire, son usage. Et nous ne nous attendions pas à voir autant d'aspects techniques. Le site est un immense lieu de production artistique, audio visuel, cinématographique, mais aussi une école.
Un restaurant est ouvert en semaine.
