À fuir !
Je demande une coupe pour ma fille de 9 ans. Elle a les cheveux longs jusqu’aux fesses. On lui lave puis démêle depuis la racine… déjà je tilte. Les pointes étaient abimées mais là, bonjour le massacre ! Puis elle coupe aux omoplates, ok pour la longueur… Mais à la tondeuse ! Et pas droit du tout ! Quand j’ai fait la remarque gentiment que ce n’était pas vraiment droit j’me suis fait envoyer sur les roses.
Retour 3 jours plus tard car vraiment ce n’était pas droit, voir en escalier quand cheveux attachés. Remboursement refusé, rattrapage raté et de mauvaise foi.
