Welcome to the very first urban micro-farm of edible insects! Here, insects (crickets, locusts, tenebrions) are raised, fed only organically and then processed and packaged to make delicious little biscuits. Don't be disgusted! It is tasty and above all very good for your health. Yes, insects are an excellent source of protein. In a minibox aperitif to experience adventure with friends, or in almond macaroon or chocolate shortbread version for a little solo pleasure, the insects will amaze you. They can also be enjoyed as a powder to add to all your sweet or savoury preparations. Workshops and tastings are also organized!
