CLUB MARCQ AÏKIDO
Read moreAikido is a Japanese martial art that is made up of techniques, with arms and naked hands, using the force of the adversary not to defeat it, but to reduce its attempted aggression to naught. No "pratiquant": Aikido is practised by women and men of all sizes and ages. The courses are open to all for 16 years. Ueshiba Morihei, founder of aikido, focused on the full development of the individual. Faithful to this tradition, students observe the teacher to demonstrate a gesture or catch and then work with a partner to reply, in the fairest and most effective manner. The purpose of the practice: technically, physically and mentally move in the right mood. It is this spirit of conviviality that the leaders and members of this club maintain.

BLOOM
Read moreNamed Bloom, this place is the result of Elisa Tanchis' successful reconversion. Her objective: to allow you to disconnect, to refocus on yourself and to reveal yourself through creative activities. Watercolor, zero waste, macramé, leather: the workshops are very varied. And in this intergenerational place, children are not forgotten. Plastic arts, puppets...: the Wednesday workshops are wonderful. Elisa will also propose art therapy workshops or art to the rescue of our health. But Bloom is also a charming little store with lots of decorative nuggets that put local creators in the spotlight. A recreational and enchanted parenthesis!
