Read moreHistory. La Pantoufle à Pépère is the project of Barbara and Arnaud, a couple in life and work. Respectively a project manager in training and a textile salesman, the couple first opened a "marine fashion" ready-to-wear boutique in the Old Lille district, before moving into slippers.
Success came quickly, and the products attracted a varied clientele: men, women, young and old... Today, La Pantoufle à Pépère is distributed in some 100 boutiques in France, as well as in Belgium and the Netherlands in concept stores and high-end ready-to-wear chains.
In 2018, the brand is taking a new direction by also offering caps and espadrilles made from the same retro fabrics and using the same method as the slippers: fabric laminated with wool, manufactured using reverse stitching and 100% made in France.
The products. Mixed collection with traditional charentaises but also exclusively feminine models. A collection of Made in France caps, as well as plain and patterned espadrilles.
