Brasserie-restaurant offering a wide variety of grilled meats in Gussignies.
Brasserie au Baron was opened by Alain Bailleux on June 8, 1989. The first beer produced in Gussignies was named after the saint of the day, Saint Médard, but the most famous beer brewed on site is undoubtedly the Cuvée des Jonquilles! Tours are available on reservation (on the website). The brewery adjoins the restaurant, which has been in operation since 1976. The restaurant offers a wide variety of typical brasserie dishes: grills, entrecôtes, andouillettes, etc. Plus: a large waterside terrace, perfect for sunny days.

Etablissement propre et le rapport qualité/prix des plats tout à fait correct, TRÈS bien servi (copieux)! Nous avons pris les plateaux grillades et l'autre fromage un DÉLICE ! Je recommande chaleureusement et nous reviendrons sans hésitation ! ????
