This upscale Dunkirk institution, created in the 1940s, welcomes you in a colorful and ultra-chic Parisian shop-like setting, with a huge fresco representing Gabrielle d'Estrées that gives the place a cosy lounge feel. As for the products, the pastries and chocolates with names that are sometimes very local (the Saint-Winoc, the Beffroi de Biloute) make you drool. The store also offers eclairs with original flavors: Oreo, Daim, violet, lemon meringue... A very good address which mixes quality and creativity!
