The famous chocolate Shop, founded in 1985 in the village of Beussent, in the Race valley, became Chocolate Lasselle in 1994 with the opening of a new manufacturing unit in the village of Lachelle (Oise). You can find in the Boutique shop, marteau chocolate or spreads, made from high-end cocoa chocolate.
