The LAAC is one of the few museums to offer a panorama of art from 1945 to 1980.

With more than 2,000 works, the LAAC is one of the few museums to offer a panorama of art from 1945 to 1980. The visit begins outside with the Sculpture Garden and the architecture of the building covered in white ceramic. Inside, paintings, sketches, graphic art, objects and sculptures blend together to make the visit fun and interesting. Not to mention the temporary events offered throughout the year.

Closed January 1, May 1, August 15, November 1, December 25 and Carnival Sunday; afternoons of December 24 and 31 and Mardi Gras. Open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; weekends, 11am to 6pm. Free admission for children under 26 (with proof of age (see website)). Adults: €6 (€3 collection only and reduced rate). Free admission every Sunday. Annual pass €12. Children welcome. Guided tours. Animations.

Mes enfants adorent aller à ce musée ! Malheureusement, le personnel n'est pas du tout pédagogue... Toujours derrière notre dos, pour surveiller les enfants ! Soit disant un musée pour tous...

Really nice museum! You can enjoy the outdoor installations and sculptures for free but I really recommend to go inside and check the exhibitions and the beautiful architecture of the museum.
