Le Mercure Dunkerque se targue d’offrir du snacking toute la journée, mais dans les faits ils ont toujours une bonne excuse pour ne pas vous servir : genre leur four est en panne pour réchauffer leurs pizzas congelées. Ils cherchent à vous vendre des « bocaux » absolument dégueulasses à prix fort ! L’accueil n’y est pas professionnel, pas orienté service, et très mou. Ils sont plus préoccupés de faire « leur petit train-train » que de vous dépanner pour pouvoir manger un morceau avant d’aller attraper votre train à côté ! À fuir. Autant aller au McDo du centre commercial en face.
