L'Escale is anchored in the principles of sustainable development and has been built in accordance with the new high environmental quality standards for wood frame construction. The new building is suitable for individuals as well as associations organizing exchanges or other events (note the superb conference rooms). And the sea is nearby: perfect for all kinds of activities! As far as management is concerned, the ARTES association has been delegated the management of l'Escale. Don't forget: like all youth hostels, you will need a membership card to be able to benefit from the accommodation! The rooms are comfortable and ensure a well-deserved rest for visitors passing through. The hostel also offers pleasant and friendly relaxation areas. Note that the hostel also offers a certain number of formulas adapted to sportsmen and women who come to Dunkerque for training courses or training sessions.

Ceci dit, Elle est très bien, une bonne situation entre Malo-les-Bains et le centre de Dunkerque, petit déjeuner copieux et dîner satisfaisant, personnel très sympathique. Nous y retournerons évidemment.
l'emplacement pour aller en ville , près des musées et près de la plage est juste nickel ! et le local vélo sécurisé que nous avons bien apprécié;
