LA MOULE RIT

La Moule Rit is the specialized restaurant if you want to eat mussels with all kinds of sauces: the choice is so vast (and sometimes surprising) that it is sometimes difficult to choose! There are the classics (with cream, garlic, marinières or Provençal), the spices (with curry, paprika, pili-pili, chorizo, Thai spices) and the most original with cheese (again a great choice) or completely farfetched (with brown sugar, whisky, triple Karmeliet for beer lovers or Van Gogh with absinthe and fennel!)... Here, no surprise, the menu is at 22 euros (mussels and chips of your choice, drink, dessert and coffee). The mussel pots are generous, the establishment is free of fuss and you can come with your family or in a group. And for those who don't like mussels, fish, meat and some salads are on the menu. Be careful, the establishment is on the dike, but at the eastern end. It is the last restaurant before the Grand Pavois buildings.
