Djurdjura is the restaurant where we go when we takes a sudden desire couscous or tajine. For my part I have a preference for tajine with chicken whose flavours tickle the nostrils as soon as the lid the dish is and who once retains all its promises in mouth. The dishes are very generous difficult to end... and yet you do not resist the desserts and, of course, the famous mint tea.
