This is one of the most remarkable natural sites in the Hauts-de-France region. To learn how to recognize the flora and fauna, don't hesitate to pick up the booklet "Les Trésors du Perroquet", published by the tourist office. The booklet leads you along a five-kilometre trail that takes around two hours to complete, and is also accessible to children. It's a great walk to do with your shoes on!

La Dune du Perroquet sont des monticules de sable, d'un côté érodé par les marais et à l'intérieur desquelles sont enfouis des blockhaus, vestiges de la seconde guerre mondiale. Pour se promener dans les dunes, mieux vaut avoir de solides mollets car l'ascension de quelques points culminants peut s'avérer ardue !
