Inn in Boeschepe offering decorated and comfortable guest rooms with a great view of the countryside.

At Le Vert Mont, everything is done so that you can have a green stay! Five rooms are available with a breathtaking view of the countryside, all in a simple wooden decor with all the necessary comforts (special mention for the wood stove). Breakfast is served in a small basket placed in front of the room door. In the restaurant, you can taste the specialties of the famous chef Florent Ladeyn, at the head of his brigade, with always this view on the countryside. A place where it is good to relax, 30 minutes from Lille.

Très bonne expérience
Le restaurant a été très bien refait et permet de profiter d'une superbe vue sur les Flandres. Côté cuisine, on découvre de nouvelles saveurs, dans lesquelles le végétal est bien mis en avant, et tout est bien expliqué par les serveurs. Mention spéciale pour l'accord mets et bières, qu'on trouve rarement et qui est très intéressant !

Avis mitigé, l'endroit est agreable, le concept original mais très peu de plat cuisiné, Les différents plats sont une association d'aliments plutôt intéressants et surprenants mais les quantités sont réduites. L'accord des vins est décevant par le choix de vins pas à la hauteur du repas. Concernant un plat oû il y avait une cuisson j ai fait remarquer au jeune homme qui nous servait un problème de cuisson sur les betteraves, il m'a demandé une précision j ai répondu "cramé" mais je n'ai eu aucun retour! A ce niveau de prétention culinaire c'est inadmissible d'oser présenter ça au client, J'image la critique des chefs de top chef si Florent leur avait présenté cette assiette!

the value for money is not our waiting especially in the menu at €36. Foie gras starter but presentation minimalist (meat stacked with few vegetables and... 1 horn fried for 2 sea-green). The price should be lower. neutral service.
