Chef Martin Delobel doesn't skimp on quality, with magnificent planks, impeccably prepared plates, and a very small menu that guarantees freshness and surprise. While vegetarians are unlikely to find what they're looking for, Gargantua also offers fish and seafood dishes that will delight seafood lovers.
