Brewery in Bailleul offering a good small beer, simple, regional and hearty dishes.
The Mélusine, with its small terrace, has a breathtaking view. In the summer, it is a real pleasure to relax there! You can sip a good beer (e.g. the delicious Tripel Karmeliet on draught) and even have a bite to eat, because the Mélusine is a brewery in its purest form. On the menu, simple regional dishes such as the Flemish carbonnade. Not great cuisine, but hearty and tasty dishes. The fries are home-made and you can't help but like that! In the middle of the carnival, the parade passes right in front of the brewery. Atmosphere guaranteed!

L'accueil est chaleureux, petite brasserie intimiste et c'est parfait.
Les toast avec le pâté offert pendant l'apéritif est très bon.
L'onglet et le pavé boeuf fondent en bouche qui arrivent avec des oignons Roussie qui me fait penser à un repas de chez ma tante ???? comprenez vous une cuisine familiale et très bonne.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Le pavé de boeuf est juste extra, tendre, bien cuisiné et la sauce Maroilles miam !!!!
Après une bonne randonnée dans le Ravensberg, une petite halte dans cette brasserie clôture parfaitement la journée.
