"Organic, white, red" is the motto... and we'd almost like to add "rosé"! This small, colorful winery, located right in the center of town, is run by Simon Delpérié, a wine enthusiast. It showcases the marvellous wines of the neighbouring Languedoc region, produced using organic methods, as well as a wide range of Gallic terroirs. The best part? Let yourself be tempted by a tasting in the barrels on the pavement, where aperitif platters are available. A second boutique has also opened in the Albasud shopping zone.

Ça cave à un très grand choix de très bon vin , de qualités et de spiritueux !
Il y fait bon y prendre un verre , voir déguster un flacon qui sera de toute façon en rapport avec vos goûts vinicole !
Si vous voulez grignoter, il y a des assiettes de charcuterie Espagnole qui provient de Sierrasol et des assiettes de fromage de la fromagerie La Fine bouche qui se trouvent dans la même rue du Greffe !
Je vous conseille fortement cette établissement !
