Grand Chevalier of the Confrérie de la Chocolatière, he is a regular at the Mondial du Chocolat de Paris, winning the "double tablette d'or", an "award" and the "prix coup de cœur du jury" for four of his creations, including his verbena chocolate. His signature? The "Violon d'Ingres en chocolat", a specialty as gourmet as it is original.

En dehors des fêtes, outre le plaisir des chocolats, ne manquez pas d'essayer l'éclair géant, un moment de surprise mais également de bonheur gustatif. N'hésitez pas à faire un détour depuis le centre ville en traversant le Tarn par le vieux pont pour rejoindre cette échoppe de plaisir des yeux et des papilles. L'accueil y est également au rendez vous. Et si vous savez apprécier le mille feuilles c'est l'adresse qu'il faut avoir, c'est une tuerie mes amis m'en parlent encore. Un gâteau pour dix...
