This is the main producer of Vins Noirs du Brulhois, authentic terroir wines with aromas of candied fruit, leather and tobacco. Their very dark color is due to the combined influence of the Mediterranean and oceanic climates, as well as the region's characteristic gravelly, filtered soils. Numerous recent medals testify to the high quality of these vintages. Grain d'Amour, a sweet rosé with muscatel aromas, is another specialty that is gaining in popularity.
