Here is the main producer of the Vins Noirs du Brulhois, authentic wines of the land, structured, with aromas of candied fruits, jam, leather and tobacco. Their very dark colour comes from this land at the crossroads of the Mediterranean and oceanic influences, as well as from the filtering gravel soils. Recent medals testify to the high quality of the production. But the other rising speciality is the Grain d'Amour, a sweet rosé wine with muscatel aromas.

The Côtes-de-Brulhois appellation covers three departments and two regions. The wine here is black (Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Tannat), with a strong character and capable of sublimating the splendours of the Gascon table without fail.
