1 star hotel-restaurant offering traditional cuisine with excellent value for money

The establishment takes its name from the book written in 1931 by Pierre Benoit during one of his stays in the hotel. You will find the warm atmosphere of a real old-fashioned restaurant so well described by the novelist. The chef Patrick Lagnès makes it a point of honor to serve high quality traditional cuisine. An excellent value for money for one of the jewels of local cuisine awarded a star in the Michelin guide. Traditional, but also inventive and subtle. Warm service as a bonus. A no-fault restaurant!

We hebben het uitgebreide menu van de chef gekozen. Dat was een hèèl goede keuze! De hele avond was één groot feest. We vielen van de ene lekkere verbazing tot de andere heerlijke verbazing. 10 gangen en alles was even verrassend en speciaal.
Wij vonden het geld mèèr dan waard.!!

La cuisine du chef Patrick est une expérience rare. A chaque fois j'ai l'impression d'être un enfant qui découvre de nouvelles saveurs, raffinement, présentation, fraîcheur des produits, et inventivité, Et surtout cette sensation incroyable que chaque plat présenté vient d'être inventé spécialement pour vous, et cette impression est renforcée par l'accueil chaleureux que réserve le chef à chacun des clients. Quant au service, rien à dire chaque plat est présenté, expliqué par la souriante serveuse. Bien sûr il faut réserver, Allez y , vous y verrez des œuvres au pastel , très colorées d'une artiste cotée.
