Old and typical turner's workshop which houses the cellar and the wine museum. The terroir, nothing but the terroir. This is the motto of the place. Foie gras, Cahors wine with the museum's vintages but also all the products made from truffles, walnuts, saffron and other sweets: aperitifs, digestives, oils, cakes, jams, honey... The gourmet part is the perfect complement to the museum part with the cooper's pole where you can discover or rediscover the trades and tools around the vine, such as a magnificent copper alcoholmeter.
