Foie gras, Cahors wine with the museum's vintages but also all the products made from truffles, walnuts, saffron and other sweets: aperitifs, digestives, oils, cakes, jams, honey... The gourmet part is the perfect complement to the museum part with the cooper's pole where you can discover or rediscover the trades and tools around the vine, such as a magnificent copper alcoholmeter.
