On this 2.5 hectare farm of plum trees in Ente, you can buy prunes in all their forms: natural, dry, half-cooked, cooked in Cahors wine, etc. Michel Faillé-Latour and his wife Marie will take you on a tour of the prune drying sheds, give you all the explanations you need and even let you taste this delicious little fruit. The couple also produce Cahors wine, Lot, reds and rosés, and table wines. A small, confidential family business of quality, to be discovered urgently!
