On this 2.5 hectare farm of plum trees in Ente, you can buy prunes in all their forms: natural, dry, half-cooked, cooked in Cahors wine, etc. Michel Faillé-Latour and his wife Marie will take you on a tour of the prune drying sheds, give you all the explanations you need and even let you taste this delicious little fruit.
