Alain and Sylvianne have been breeders, feeders and processors of ducks and geese for over 30 years. Raised outdoors in the purest tradition of the South West, the Crubel's poultry receive attentive and complete care. Foie gras, confits, rillettes, ready-made meals: everything is made on the spot and in the respect of the products. In the summer, a farm restaurant opens its doors. The dishes are designed around and from the farm's products. A small traditional farm for high quality local products.
