In the land of walnuts and rocamadour, Carole and Philippe grow olive trees! These enthusiasts planted a first series of trees at the gates of Cahors. Then, they welcomed 800 additional young olive trees. A capital that they pamper according to the principles of sustainable agriculture. The olives are picked by hand in October and are pressed the same day, cold. The Oliveraie du Quercy Blanc produces elixirs that are 100% pure fruit juice, without additives or preservatives.

Located on the slopes of the Quercy Blanc region, southwest of the Cahors appellation, Domaine d'Homs is a family-run winegrowing estate that has been practicing organic farming since 2022. The wines produced by Jean and his son Christophe include the Cuvée Fer-Hic, a pure Malbec, aged in cellars for 20 months, and the Cuvée X4, aged in new barrels for 20 months.
