Open Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 7pm; Saturday, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 7pm. Open Sundays (9:30am-12:30pm, English, Spanish and Portuguese spoken).

Wij kregen 'Le caviste au Cajarc' door van locals die in de streek een B&B uitbaten, dus zij kunnen het weten!
De uitbater liet ons na een korte vraag van ons een lokale wijn proeven, met uitleg waarom die de moeite was. Lekker, met een beetje feedback van ons. De volgende wijn was veel meer wat we zochten, 'un vin feminin'. Hij begreep helemaal wat we zochten en de derde 'vin masculin' die we proefden deed ons besluiten nooit meer terug te keren naar huis ????... Na 3 selecties vind je hier al een perfecte match, we komen zeker terug. Bij 't afscheid kregen we nog een schitterende tip om te lunchen in de omgeving. Laurent kent zijn klanten en partners in zijn omgeving!
Niet aarzelen, dit is de beste vertegenwoordiger van de lokale wijnboeren in de streek!
