Open Tuesdays 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm; Wednesdays 7am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm; Thursdays and Fridays 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm; Saturdays 7am to 6pm. Closed for February vacations and 2 weeks in September. Delivery possible. Meat and delicatessen vending machine available 7/7 from 6am to 11pm. Meal vouchers available.

Founded in 1986, Maison Compozieux seduces gourmets with its fine selection of quality meats, sourced directly from producers. We offer beef from the Limousin region, renowned for its tenderness and exceptional flavor. You'll find exceptional cuts such as entrecôtes, ribs and rump steak. You'll also find Limousin veal. Blanquettes, escalopes and veal chops are just some of the ingredients you'll need for meals with subtle, mild flavors. Capelin pork, Quercy lamb and Périgord poultry complete this exceptional offering.
